By accessing soulcore.dev and SOUL CORE DEVELOPERS GROUP services, you accept these terms of service in their entirety. Non-compliance requires ceasing service use immediately. Applies to all visitors, users and clients.
Custom software development, AI/automation, cybersecurity, API integrations, digital design, e-commerce, consulting, data science, cloud services, legacy modernization, and industrial IoT solutions. Proprietary offerings (VMOF, SOUL CORE MCP, SOUL_CORE) require express licenses.
All website materials remain company property. Code developed specifically for a client is governed by the terms of each project's individual contract.
Users must provide accurate information, avoid illegal activity, refrain from unauthorized system access, prohibit reverse engineering, and respect intellectual property rights.
Pricing varies by project complexity with options for advance, milestone, or hourly payments. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices appear in USD unless noted otherwise.
The company limits responsibility for indirect damages and data loss. Maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months prior to the incident.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Project-specific bug-fix warranty periods exist per individual contracts.
Services terminate upon terms violations, fraudulent activity, or payment defaults. Project termination is governed by individual contracts.
Dominican Republic law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in Santo Domingo courts. International clients may agree to arbitration under the Santo Domingo Mediation and Arbitration Center.
